Where can I meet a basketball legend?

MetroPCS became an official sponsor for USA Basketball prior to the 2012 Summer Olympics. This was a great chance to create buzz with customers. Metro organized a tour for customers to meet the players and needed to get the word out.

Game Changer

This campaign and the basketball events elevated the perception of the brand as more than a mobile carrier. I was asked to create a landing page, supporting emails and site banners to promote a series of exciting basketball events taking place in Metro’s major markets. I created the architecture for the landing page and when approved I went into design mode to create the branded look and feel. Linking to social media content was a smart move to capture the enthusiasm fans had during and beyond the summer olympics.
